#KellyMetHerMattch in Griffith, Indiana, on October 22, 2022, with a beautiful Catholic ceremony in St. Mary Church. Kelly and Matt met in high school but didn't begin dating until eight years later. The two of them are like two puzzle pieces made to fit perfectly. The two have the same favorite colors - purple and green - and have the biggest hearts for all things nerdy.
Kelly is so incredibly talented with her beautiful voice. Friends and family got to partake in a special moment during the reception as she surprised Matt by singing "I'd Love To Be Your Last." Her first dance with Matt and then her father showed off her gorgeous wedding gown with each spin.
Matt has an aura that instantly lights up the room. He's full of personality, and you can see his love for his people. The tears were instant when he saw Kelly walking down the aisle. Matt had the best emotional roller coaster of happiness throughout the wedding day. His best man gave a beautiful speech about his resilience, kindness, and energy.
The two incorporated nerdy touches throughout their wedding day, with signs of Harry Potter vs. Star Wars, a lightsaber exit, and a candy bar full of golden snitches and lightsaber rock candies.
While I could write pages about the love these two have for one another, I need to touch on their love for their people. Every speech showed how loved the two were and how impactful they were on their friends and family's lives. Kelly handmade special cups for each of the wedding party members. They thoughtfully put together activities for guests, like caricature drawings in the back, a scavenger hunt to begin the party, and a live band to play the best hits.
